These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Look Rich Club ("Look Rich Club", "we", "us", or "our"), a business based in Altendorf, Switzerland, covering your use of lookrichclub.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. Our full business details are on our Contact Information page. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may only use the Site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

2. Our store and our products

• Look Rich Club sells generic, unbranded fashion items and accessories. Our products are not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or replicas of any luxury or designer brand. See our Disclaimer.
• Look Rich Club is the seller of all products on the Site and your contract partner. We do not manufacture products or keep our own stock: products are made by independent third-party manufacturers and shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partners, mostly from warehouses in China. This does not change our responsibilities to you as the seller. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
• We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors, finishes, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly from images because of screens, lighting, and production batches. Measurements are approximate.
• We may change, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm shipment of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order before then (for example, for suspected fraud, obvious errors, stock problems, or shipping restrictions). If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, which is shown at checkout.
• Because orders ship from abroad, your country may charge import VAT/GST, customs duties, and customs clearance or handling fees. Unless these are shown and charged at checkout, they are not included in our prices, are not collected by us, and are payable by the recipient on import (see Section 6 of our Shipping Policy).
• If you pay in another currency, or with a card issued outside the country where the payment is processed, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and foreign-transaction fees.
• You confirm that the payment information you provide is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. We will help with lost or damaged packages as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

6. Product care and normal wear

Our jewelry and accessories are affordable fashion items, often made of stainless steel or other base metals with gold, silver, or other plating or coatings.
- Plating, coatings, and finishes will wear over time, especially with exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotions, chlorine, salt water, and friction. Fading, tarnishing, scratching, or discoloration from normal wear is not a defect.
- Watches are fashion watches; water resistance, timekeeping accuracy, and battery life are not guaranteed unless stated on the product page.
- Some people react to certain metals (such as nickel). If you have a known metal allergy or sensitivity, check the materials listed and stop using any item that causes irritation.

7. Warranty

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong, as described in our Refund Policy. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we give no further warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including about durability of plating or finishes, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This does not exclude or limit any statutory warranty or guarantee rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you (for example, statutory warranty rights of consumers in the EU and UK, or implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed under U.S. state law).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any product.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, under the Swiss Product Liability Act or similar product liability laws, or to any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Look Rich Club name and logo, text, graphics, product descriptions, photos we created or licensed, and site design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Other brand names mentioned anywhere on the Site (for example, in reviews or general style articles) belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them does not suggest any affiliation or endorsement.

Copyright or trademark complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email support.lookrichclub@gmail.com with: your contact details, a description of the work or mark, the URL of the content, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate. We will review and remove infringing content promptly.

11. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you confirm it is yours and truthful, and you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, edit, and share it in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. User conduct

You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything illegal or fraudulent, including using stolen payment methods
- File false chargebacks or claims, or abuse our return or refund process
- Post content that is false, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights
- Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without our permission
- Impersonate any person or business
- Resell our products while claiming they are branded, designer, or authentic luxury goods

We may suspend access, cancel orders, or refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.

13. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, payment processors, carriers, and social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Disputes

If you have a problem, please email support.lookrichclub@gmail.com first. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way, and we will do our best to help.

We are not obliged and do not commit to take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

15. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts with us are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction is the ordinary courts at the seat of Look Rich Club, in the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law of that country, the Swiss Civil Procedure Code, or the Lugano Convention gives you that right.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.

17. General

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• These Terms, together with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, carrier delays, customs holds, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supplier shutdowns).
• If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
