Last updated: October 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Look Rich Club ("Look Rich Club", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal data when you visit or buy from lookrichclub.com (the "Site"). It is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / nDSG), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR), and U.S. state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA).
1. Who is responsible (controller)

3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and send order and shipping updates
- Respond to questions, returns, and support requests
- Prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and other harmful activity
- Run, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Send marketing emails or texts, only where you have agreed or where the law allows (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Show you relevant ads on other websites and social media
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Legal bases (EEA/UK; also relied on under the revFADP where applicable). We rely on: performing our contract with you (processing orders); our legitimate interests (running and securing our store, preventing fraud, basic analytics); your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies); and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it only as needed with:
- Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes data on our behalf as a processor. See https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
- Suppliers and fulfillment partners, such as CJdropshipping and sellers on AliExpress (connected through apps such as DSers), who pack and ship your order. They receive your name, shipping address, phone number (if given), and order contents only so they can deliver your order.
- Shipping carriers (for example, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, YunExpress, or similar) to deliver your package and provide tracking
- Payment processors (for example, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe) to take payment and prevent fraud
- Marketing and analytics providers (for example, Meta/Facebook and Instagram, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and email/SMS tools) to measure and show ads, and to send messages you signed up for
- Our email provider (Google), which hosts our support mailbox
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, customers, or others
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or transferred
5. International transfers
We are based in Switzerland. Our service providers may store or process your data in other countries, including the United States, Canada, the EU, and China. Some of these countries do not have data protection laws considered adequate by Switzerland, the EU, or the UK.
Where required, we protect such transfers with appropriate safeguards, such as the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks (for certified U.S. providers) or Standard Contractual Clauses (recognised by the Swiss FDPIC and the European Commission). Transfers to fulfillment partners and carriers in countries such as China are also necessary to perform our contract with you (to ship your order), which is a permitted basis under Art. 17 revFADP and Art. 49 GDPR. You can request more information about the safeguards we use by emailing us.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (in Switzerland, generally 10 years). We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
7. Cookies, pixels, and tracking
We and our partners use cookies and similar tools to:
- Make the Site work (shopping cart, checkout, login) — these are necessary
- Understand how the Site is used (analytics)
- Advertise — for example, the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google tags, and Pinterest Tag, which help us measure ad performance and show ads to people who visited our Site
Where the law requires it (for example, in the EEA and UK), we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can change your choices through our cookie banner, your browser settings, or tools such as:
- Meta, TikTok, and Google ad settings in your accounts
See Shopify's cookie list: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies
Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing done before you withdrew)
- Opt out of marketing messages (use the unsubscribe link or reply STOP to texts)
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
Switzerland (revFADP). You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, and data portability under the revFADP. You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), www.edoeb.admin.ch.
EEA and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR). You have the rights listed above and may complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Using advertising pixels may count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our Site or email us. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and approximate geolocation) for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 4. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Other U.S. states. Residents of other states with privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and others) have similar rights and may appeal our decision by replying to our response.
To use your rights, email support.lookrichclub@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 30 days under the revFADP and GDPR, and 45 days under the CCPA).
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No website or transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where required by law, we will notify the competent authority and affected individuals of a data breach.
10. Children
The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on the Site.
